1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website easypasstravel.com and to the services provided by Easy Pass Travel Services ("Easy Pass", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

Easy Pass provides travel-related services, which currently include career opportunities abroad and related support such as document preparation, permit and visa applications, flight booking and relocation guidance. Additional services may be introduced over time.

The specific services you receive, and their fees, will be confirmed in a written service agreement before any payment is made. If there is a difference between these Terms and your service agreement, the service agreement applies.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee any job offer, visa, permit or other outcome. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and government authorities, embassies and consulates make all decisions on visas and permits. Our role is to guide you and to help ensure that your application is complete and accurate.

We recommend that you do not purchase non-refundable travel, or make other irreversible commitments, until all required approvals have been granted.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must provide information and documents that are true, accurate, complete and up to date.
• You must inform us promptly of any changes that may affect your application.
• You must respond to our requests within reasonable time, so that deadlines are not missed.
• You must comply with the laws and rules of Thailand and of the destination country.

We may stop providing services if we reasonably believe that false or misleading information or documents have been provided.

5. Fees and payments

Our service fees are set out in your written service agreement. Official fees charged by governments, embassies, visa centres or other third parties are separate from our service fees, are set by those parties, and may change without notice.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Official fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable once paid, including where an application is refused. Refund and cancellation terms for our service fees are set out in your written service agreement. Refunds and changes for flights and other travel bookings are subject to the rules of the airline or provider concerned.

7. Third-party services

Some services are provided by third parties, such as employers, airlines, accommodation providers and government agencies. We are not responsible for the acts, decisions or omissions of these third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easy Pass is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made by employers, authorities or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Thailand.

9. Use of our website

The information on our website is provided for general guidance only and may change without notice. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, it does not replace the specific advice we give you about your own situation. You may not copy or reuse the content of this website, including text, design and logos, without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
